If you're an aspiring BMS, MLA, AP or a consultant...avoid this lab at all cost!!! Extremely unprofessional when it comes to gossiping and slandering. Management is of a low standards and the BMS's lack basic knowledge and skills required to carry out tests.

Probably one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked for. Bullying is rife and nothing gets done. If you complain, you are treated with such indifference. Customer care is awful, God forbid you use any initiative or discretion. Patients are just a number, money in the pot. The NHS should never outsourced to IPP.
