    I’ve always had amazing service every time I have visited here. I came in today extremely worried about my phone, and I offered to pay whatever amount of money, just as long as my phone would be okay. Not only did they refuse to take advantage of that and they turned the offer down, they only charged me £60 for a new screen replacement when my entire phone also had extreme internal water damage, of which had ruined my phone beyond any usage at all. I really don’t think there is anywhere else in Preston that genuinely cares about customers like this, and I hope they can get more recognition. Thank you once again!

    Took my phone in for a cracked screen replacement. Turned out, it had three screen protectors on it, and it was those that were cracked! So they told me I didn’t need a new screen, so I paid a fiver for a new screen protector instead of having to fork out £120 for a new screen. Cracking. Thanks for your help. I can recommend them for their honesty.

    My phone screen broke early in the morning so I went in to iPhone repairs to get it fixed first thing in the morning. The staff member was really friendly and polite, and explained that the screen repair would only take half an hour to complete. No issues with the repair, everything works the same as before and it was also a great price. I would highly recommend as a repair shop to fix your phone fast and at a great price.
