Horrible Service! Asked for advice and sold completely the wrong tool, patronised upon return of item and told It was my fault as I should have researched the brand before buying despite me asking for assistance and telling them what job it was for and no refund offered because the Boss was on Holiday! Even couldn't trade up for the tool I wanted! Typical company taking your money and then not wanting to know or help. Please shop around before using these people as they genuinely do not care. DO NOT USE IPC FIXINGS
