Don't let age weight or fitness levels stop you from trying this place out. I am all of the above but didn't feel out of place at all. The staff are highly professional, welcoming, and training is pure fun. If, like me, you've been thinking about trying something like this out but haven't managed to pluck up the courage, come along and give it a go. I promise you won't regret it. Update: I have lost four stone in a year now.
