I had a pair of 30" props that has visible signs of damage, one quite significant. I had been in contact with Chris at Invicta for a little while as we knew the job needed doing but we were struggling to remove one of the props from our boat ourselves. Chris gave me an indication of the likely cost after seeing photos of the damaged props, and this was less than other companies I had contacted. When finally we got the 2nd prop removed, Chris was able to book me straight in to drop the props off, which was brilliant. I saw Andy when I dropped off the props at their base at the Historic Dockyard in Chatham, what a thoroughly nice chap. I felt completely at ease having him and the guys working on our props. That brings me to today, just a week later. I collected the props, Andy talked me through the problems they found. An old braided repair wasn't something I knew about, but Andy explained how they had removed the braid and carried out the repair properly - I hadn't asked for this, but it was all part of the excellent service. They welded where necessary, fully refurbished and balanced the props The props look like knew. They even stamped stbd/port on the props for us as a permanent mark; no more labels tied to each props when they are off. The indicative price was the price I payed. I now have props that not only look great, but are technically perfect once again. I can't thank Andy and team enough for a great job on super quick time. I would highly recommend Invicta Marine.
