Scam company. Avoid at all costs. Its been over 10 years since I last had any PPI and it was all settled amicably. Out of the blue this company have created a £368 debt in my name and sold it to a debt collection agency. The debt collectors are unwilling to provide evidence of what the debt is about and when you call Inv Sol it's a never ending ring tone. Reported to FCA for fraudulent activity

Read the small prints please. My advise is not to use them. They will take more that 50% of the compensation.

These are con artists do not deal with them. I pursued a tax rebate with hmrc for working from home through covid and they sent me an invoice for a share! I used them for Ppi previously and gave them permission to try and claim the tax in relation to ppi but I have never ever agreed or asked them to purse an income tax rebate. I had an invoice today asking for their share of my rebate which was actually over half of what I was awarded. I did it all myself on HMRC website about a month ago. I don’t know how they know or have the information but I’m absolutely fuming. I got nowhere on the phone with them or via email. If they take me to court bring it on as they must be breaking the law by even knowing about my income tax. DO NOT USE. If I could give zero stars I would. Trying to claim money for work I’ve done.

Have sent messages through their website and emailed them explaining why I can't pay my invoice as I need the money I'm owed (which I still don't have!) before I can pay anything I've also asked for them to contact me by email as I work a lot of nights yet I get endless phone calls everyday and I've now just received a threatening letter stating that I haven't given any explanation as to why I haven't paid??? Absolute waste of space

Not happy with this company. Keeps sending me the same details of paperwork every week. To which I have replied to. And contradicts them selfs by saying my claim has been suspended and at the end of the letters they say if I don't act immediately it may result in the claim being closed. So tel me this it's either suspended or not.
