WARNING: I STRONGLY ADVISE ANYONE NOT BUY AN INVESTAR PROPERTY. WE PURCHASED AN INVESTAR PROPERTY IN LIVERPOOL BACK IN NOVEMBER 2020, IN ADDITION TO BODGED PLUMBING, OUR TENANT REPORTED A WATER LEAK IN OCTOBER 2021 COMING FROM THE BUILDING ROOF (WHEN IT RAINS) RIGHT INTO OUR KITCHEN RIGHT BY THE CEILING LIGHT (HAZARDOUS). IT IS OCTOBER 2022 AND THIS HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED. SEVERAL ATTEMPTS MADE TO SPEAK TO INVESTAR, TOTALLY IGNORED. THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY (REVOLUTION) WHO ARE SUPPOSED TO MAINTAINING THE BLOCK CLAIM THEY HAVE FALLEN OUT WITH INVESTAR DUE TO FINANCIAL ISSUES. A TOTAL SHAMBLES.

AVOID this company. They are a TERRIBLE lettings agency. They have finally closed down their letting side of the agency, we assume due to them being completely incompetent and with ZERO customer service ability. Every month, we had to chase for our rental money that we were due and customer service was at best poor. We are still waiting for our March payment - they charged us for maintenance work that we were never informed of for that month, but they haven't paid our rent which is due. They don't respond to the phone or emails. If we don't get our payment soon, ourselves and other landlords will be taking them through the legal channels to obtain our money. They are also linked with Revolution Property Management who are supposed to manage the flats. We have been paying our very high service charges, and this group has not been doing any work for months. Do not use this company unless you want your money stolen.
