Visited on Saturday to have a look around, ended up buying our pram and car seat. Excellent customer service, showed us how to fit the car seat properly and explained all the safety features and guidelines. Nothing was too much trouble and didn't feel rushed or pressured at any time. Storing our pram till our due date for free as well. Highly recommend coming here, not just for prams but for a whole array of other things for your baby.

Excellent Pram Centre with a super range of products and very knowledgeable staff. As first time parents it can be overwhelming and you feel a bit clueless with all things baby related but Suzanne and her staff team put your mind at ease, listen to what you need and give the best advice. We have bought all our baby things from the pram centre and would never go anywhere else. We have asked every stupid question going but they could not have been more friendly and helpful. First class service :D

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, I was so impressed with the service we received from start to finish. They just go the absolute extra mile, we were shown how to use every item, they store it until you are ready to collect and show you again once you collect how to safely use items. We went in expecting to just look around and left with every big item we needed for our new arrival. I would rate 100/10 if I could 😊

Can’t recommend them enough. From first visit I explained I had a budget and I was offered a fab selection of products - ended up buying an ex display Cybex travel system and it’s been perfect!! Having someone on the end of a phone or message for advice about your car seat/ pram is invaluable so have gone back to buy the next size car seat and one for my mother in law. Yes you might be able to save a pound or two by buying online but when you’re ready to move to the next stage (9 months earlier than the car seat says haha) the online website isn’t at the end of the phone to give tailored advice!

My wife and I were looking for a pram and cot and dresser went into the store there were two other couples who were being served. No one acknowledged us we were there for 15 to 20 minutes with no acknowledment at all so i got that annoyed we had to leave. The shop must lost out on £1500 worth of sale. Joke!!!! Not everyone checks websites first surely a sign up outside the store or in fact someone actually speaking to you to let you know would best and not completely ignoring us. Very disappointing customer care. If it was appointment only you should have the door locked with just the people who have made appointments in.
