Seamless experience. Got a bike hire in minutes, took it down to Loch Ness (Dores) and back. I’m a novice biker, not fussy and everything was perfect for me. Friendly service too! I paid £20 for 4 hours but if you need to extend for the whole day it’s just £5 extra and they can add it on after. Overall would definitely recommend!

Rented a bike from here - they have 1-2 types to choose from but if you’re not particular, they work perfectly fine. £20 for bike + helmet, they were super flexible and easy going about return time. I kept it an extra day and to extend, I just needed to call them. Super helpful lady at the souvenir shop arranged the rental and recommended some great paths along Loch Ness and beuly .

Didn't rent a bike but shopped here for a couple of things including a sweat top with saltire which kept me warm the rest of my trip. Will enjoy wearing it here at home (US). As others have mentioned, shopkeepers are very friendly!

Bikes are okay. Hard to find since there is no actual sign for the store. The bike I was given had a faulty brake which I had to fix myself. The bike my friend was given had terrible peddles. While cycling, it fell off making it painful and very difficult for him to cycle. We had to buy new peddles with our own money to make sure they do not charge us or keep our security deposit by blaming it on us.
