Called Derrick at Invalifts to resolve a problem with a 10 year old dumb waiter. All sorted in 12 hours. back up and running. Much better than Express lifts. would certainly use again.

When I needed an invalid lift for my new build offices, I considered a number of companies, but "Invalitfs Ltd" were the most helpful. They spent time going through all the options, and allowed me to visit various sites to see installations they had done.Their product also proved to be the neatest product available, and when it came to working with my builder to do the installation they were first class. I have happily recommended them to many potential clients as I have found their service to be first class, and will continue to do so.

Invalifts could not have been more helpful with our installation and backup service. We were not an easy site to deal with, a listed building conversion with limited height(s), but they went over and above the course of duty to ensure our lift was installed, had a colour to fit in with the décor and even had a backup unit in case of power failure as we are prone to power cuts. The directors personally visited the site on a couple of occasions to ensure all was well and when the lift did have one very small problem, it was immediately attended to. For installation, service and indeed price, I would really recommend them (as did the BT engineer oddly enough who came to fit the telephone line, saw we had an 'Invalift' and said - great company, I used to work for them!).

Tried calling to set up a maintenance contract on a small village hall lift needing a minor repair. Was told that at 12 years old, the lift was too old for them to deal with and it as it wasn't one of their lifts 'it's not worth our while' to take it on.
