    If I could give them no stars I would. Since my powerchair has been just a year old I have had nothing but trouble. In 2 years I have had to have new ball bearings/suspension, a gear box and a motor. Each has taken 2-3 months to come which has meant its’ been unable to be used. At the beginning of November the electrics and the 2nd motor went and I’ve been waiting since then for it to arrive. The motor arrived Friday and they went to fix it Monday to find it hadn’t been put together correctly and didn’t work. An email went back to Invacare asking for a 2nd motor, no response, no one is answering the phone and the rep can’t help! Since I rely on it getting me around and I live in a hilly place so my boot scooter can’t do leaves, hills or ice I’m stuck! Whilst the buying of the chair was straightforward the aftercare is atrocious, DO NOT BUY AN INVACARE PRODUCT WHEN YOU HAVE TO RELY ON IT

    24 December you have responded and I have resent an email I sent already to your company . It has all the details on it. Please read it. Ordered a special wheelchair via a reputable company in November 2022. Paid a fortune for it as it was for a dementia disabled person. Told lead time 2/3 weeks . Organised occupational health person and carers at home to be there with technician 23 December three weeks later than they first said, no chair and no representative except the occupational person who wasted over three hours of her time attending the care home. Am told a special part was made in France for Invacare. Their communication sadly lacking and although website said open, voice recording machine said closed. My supplier apologetic but lax in notifying all parties and in fact . anyone til it was too late. This is what we can expect is it when we get dementia no one cares or is interested . This company is used by the nhs and no wonder we haven’t any money to pay out nhs staff because of their extortionate charges. The nhs need to look for another reputable supplier for wheelchairs because this company is one that should not be used. Happy. Bxxxxxy Xmas.tell that to your company who let an lady down !!! I will be speaking with you in the new year you can count on it!

    Don't have anything to do with this company. Simple and plain as. Not interested in helping disabled people or helping customers only in ripping disabled people off. A relative of mine has had nothing but issues with their wheelchair it is an absolute disgrace.

    This shoddy outfit think they're an extension of GCHQ when it comes to dealing with the public. They need to understand that many agents just can't be bothered to help and simply refer customer's to them, who then find out Invacare don't care either!!

They unload in the order of arrival and without unnecessary waiting. 50 minutes on average. and the car is unloaded. Documents available immediately. Very cultured and nice team in the warehouse. (Original) TIR: brak parkingu przed firmą więc przyjazd tylko na rozładunek/załadunek. Rozładowują wg kolejności przyjazdu i bez zbędnego oczekiwania. Średnio 50min. i auto rozładowane. Dokumenty od razu do odbioru. Bardzo kulturalna i miła ekipa na magazynie.

    My family members had a bed from here. As we were not eligible for support we were told we needed to purchase our own bed. Totally fine and so we did so. After the passing of a family member we tried calling to get assistance in dismantling the bed, as it is understandably distressing to have in the house. We were told that, as we had purchased our own, that there was no service available to assist us. I understand that its not your responsibility to maintain private property, however I think its very lacking to not even offer a paid for support service to help with your products. Or particularly helpful resources online. Especially considering the delicate circumstances in which most of these beds would need to be dismantled. If the family wasn't available to support my grandfather in this difficult time I dread to think how stuck he would have felt. No empathy from the customer line at all. We would have happily paid and offered to do so. As it was, we had an incredibly stressful experience dismantling it, without causing any damage to a very expensive, unfamiliar product. To add insult to injury, we have other equipment that is 'on loan' which will be collected and still we were told nobody could support us with another one of your products even while you would have somebody here anyway. Edit in response: We did phone the number of the place we bought it from and that's when we were told that because we purchased it from them they would be no help. They did not sign post to anything online at all either. Me and my brother had to search and find videos helping with assembly of the bed and then work backwards from those. We've not been able to find a manual and honestly I can't speak for what may have happened four years ago. But whether we never had it or lost it, this could have easily been resolved with some actual customer support.
