I can echo the positive reviews left by other people regarding Intus Lettings. I first enquired about a property via Rightmove, requesting a reply via email, and got a swift response from Dayna Stephens. If, like me, you're extremely busy with work or have phone anxiety, then having someone email you as requested is so very much appreciated. Very few of the other letting agents I contacted even bothered to reply to my enquiries. Dayna helped me to find my current flat, and the whole process with her, from booking a viewing to seeing the property to completing all of the admin regarding renting, happened quickly, smoothly and efficiently. As my flat is managed by Intus I am now in contact with Jo Shufflebotham and so far communication has been swift. As of this moment, I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Intus again in the future.

Special thanks to Sarah, who is my property manager, for dealing with the minor repairs to the property prior to my moving in.
