CPAP is a head scratching array of machines, masks, tubes and equipment to the uninitiated, so it's best to have a helping hand. Intus staff have an excellent knowledge of their products and they advised and guided me. I think I tried their patience to the nth degree, but they put me on the right track and gave me step by step help. Its good to have a company with diligent staff you can actually communicate with, who read and understand customer emails. CPAP is a strange but necessary cure, but you do need the best and most comfortable equipment.

Item I ordered was a sinus rinse. There was a long delay in delivery but totally the fault of Royal Mail and yet Intus refunded me the shipping cost to Rep of Ireland. Item was in perfect condition with s special clever plug adapter included free of charge. Very pleased with the service and doing business with this company. would highly recommend them.

When the third party courier repeatedly let me down and failed to deliver, they not only handled my concerne with the care and understanding that a loss of medical equipment would need but resolved the matter with speed and grace.
