I was delighted to discover this restaurant whilst wandering through town. The boba tea was delicious, the lamb ramen had a nice veg variety with a lush broth. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the restaurant vibe was great. I think the only thing that tickled negativity in my brain was that I felt like I was stuck in an upbeat anime opening title due to the music, but not a big deal. Overall great restaurant, will be returning :)

The food was nice but it was the weirdest most awkward service and we refused to pay the service charge they automatically slap on your bill because of this. We ordered sushi, bao buns, gyozas and a mix of mains and they were all lovely but honestly it was so weird the service. The server came over and asked about drinks and I asked him to explain the cocktails as the menu doesn't tell you what's in them or anything about them, he went through them and they didn't sound to my taste so I ordered a soft drink. He seemed really put out by the fact I ordered a soft drink and asked me why I didn't want a cocktail and what was wrong with them and pressed me about what I DO like and I was just like it's fine honestly I'd just like the cocktail. It was really pushy and awkward. We then ordered food and it was honestly just the most bizarre interaction in a customer service setting I've ever had. When he cleared our starter plates he just moved them onto another table rather than take them away it was all just very odd. I ordered another drink after starters and it hadn't come when I'd near enough finished my main so I asked if he could please chase it up and he immediately delegated the job to another server and it did eventually come. We asked for the bill and saw an added service charge which we just didn't think was deserved to be honest so we paid up leaving the service charge and instead of realising that's what it was he told us we had some money left to pay and I had to point out that was optional service and we weren't paying it and again he just stood there we were half expecting an argument over it. Just a super weird awkward experience and wouldn't go back for this reason.
