Very, very different customer service from UK than that of US customer service. I tried to arrange a hotel stay and could not understand the lady who answered the telephone. She had such a strong European accent her pronuciation of English words was so different I could not follow her speaking to me. I explained this after asking to repeat what she had just said. I wanted to have a disability shower room in a hotel as my friend is paralysed. Not unreasonable I thought. I did not get very far wanting to stay 60 miles from my front door. It seemed everything I wanted to do was 'Against the Rules' or 'Needed Extra Money' She eventually transferred me to the Marketing Dept, The line rang for about 30 seconds and then cut off ! A complete waste of time.
