Deeside Cereals I Ltd now part of Wholebake. When I joined Deeside Cereals I was introduced to Intersafety from my predecessor in the H&S role I have on site. Having been an avid user of Arco for many years in multiple previous companies with multiple sites, this was a new direction. One stop shop for all our PPE RPE workwear requirements with a personal touch from knowledgeable staff and directors on site. We are not just a number or account we feel a valued customer with a direct name, part of a team. Can't be more helpful with excellent advice and guidance from Toney and Nigel on the correct PPE at the right price. COVID was the main telling point, service levels never faulted with continuous communication and understanding we were never let down unlike some larger PPE companies I could name! Especially for Disposable masks. Work arounds were always put into place with agreed prices and time lines. We could not have asked for more. You know your good suppliers and ones to keep when the chips are down and you are still supplied at a realistic price. We are now working on a new exiting project with Intersafety on compliance stock ordering for all our sites to prevent unauthorised PPE purchases from staff on the different sites. This in turn will tie in with our risk assessments and PPE requirements for the tasks being carried out. Exiting times and a supplier I am very pleased to be working with as a team. I rarely recommend companies however on this occasion Intersafety definitely have work for this recommendation just ask them for embroidery bump caps as they came up trumps after trying other companies that could not supply with our requirements!
