One of the most glaring issues I have encountered with Interphone Limited is their inability to address problems efficiently and in a timely manner. Whenever issues arise with the intercom systems they have installed, the process of resolving them has been incredibly time-consuming. Despite promptly reporting these problems, the response from Interphone Limited has been slow and lacking in urgency. From start to finish, the entire process was riddled with problems and it took an excruciatingly long time to resolve them. First and foremost, the quality of the entry phone system itself was extremely poor. The equipment seemed outdated and unreliable right from the beginning. The buttons were unresponsive, the display was dim and difficult to read, and the audio quality was abysmal. It was clear that the system was not up to par with modern standards. The installation process was equally disappointing. The technicians arrived late, without any prior notice or apology for the delay. Their lack of professionalism was evident from the moment they entered my premises. They seemed disorganized and ill-prepared, fumbling with the equipment and taking an unnecessarily long time to set it up. To make matters worse, numerous issues arose after the installation. The system frequently malfunctioned, making it impossible for visitors to reach me or for me to grant them access remotely. I reached out to the company's customer service department multiple times, but it was a frustrating and futile experience. Their response time was incredibly slow, and when they did respond, their solutions were temporary fixes at best. It was the time taken to resolve the problems that frustrated me the most. Weeks turned into months as I patiently waited for a resolution. Each time a technician was scheduled to visit, they either failed to show up or arrived without the necessary tools or replacement parts. The whole process felt like an endless cycle of broken promises and wasted time. Overall, my experience with this company's entry phone installation was nothing short of a nightmare. The poor quality of the system, coupled with the lackluster installation and painfully slow resolution of issues, left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against using their services if you value efficiency, professionalism, and a reliable entry phone system.
