    I can't fault the packaging or quality of the order that just arrived. But I won't be ordering again. Back to the old faithful. They might be slightly dearer and a nuisance with delivery but they care about customers So, if I can't fault the delivery, then why the low score? I ordered from them a month (ish) ago and really needed the mice fluffs more than anything, for a young hognose too big for pinkies but too small for anything else. I emailed immediately, and in total emailed 3 times and also replied to their request for a product review saying I was disappointed. This time when I ordered I followed up to it with a request to please make sure they checked the order properly and explained why. They replied this time, not a single word of sorry for last time. And, yes, the order was correct. But what type of company wouldn't have put in the missing fluffs from last time? I wanted to see if they cared, apologised or made up for it. They failed on all counts.

    The live bugs I bought were not delivered to me due to laziness on royal mail's end. and have died in the sorting office. I have sent multiple emails asking for a refund, no refund yet. They claim "To be covered for livefood deliveries you do need to be in and available to take the first delivery". There was never an attempt to deliver? There was no first delivery. It says on the royal mail tracking "failed to attempt delivery" because they ran out of time to deliver my package and took it back to the office. There has been a complaint filed due to this. Edit: STILL being ignored by this company. I have sent multiple emails and tried to get in contact with customer service on their website. They are flat out ignoring my request for a refund. Horrible customer service. I get they're not to blame for my items never being delivered. But I am eligible for a refund and they are refusing..I have tried to be super polite but this is getting on my nerves now. 2nd EDIT: yet again still waiting for a refund. Royal mail finally posted my bugs which were of course all dead and smelt incredibly bad. I have issued a replacement which I am trying to cancel as I have told them several times this whole ordeal will happen again. And I shocked they've even offered a replacement when I have spent 2 weeks explaining this is the fault of my local post office and that they do this with all my packages. If I do not get a refund within a week I will be taking this further!

    Dont order mice from these they put them all loose in a bag and dumped in a box with 3 ice packs they arrived defrosted had to feed snakes early and bin the rest SHOCKING

    AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I ordered 2 heat bulbs and live food on Friday 24th March. On 28th March been told its on its way and it should be delivered next day. On 29th I asked for refund and heard nothing back. I've ended up getting a refund on 3rd of April. Avoid buying online - it's a nightmare
