Poor customer experience. Too often the staff in this pharmacy, with perhaps two exceptions, have been poorly trained (if at all) and show little concern for customers. The silence when processing prescriptions is unnecessary and little effort is made to reassure and provide even a smile. It looks and feels like a depressing place to work and should be better.

I have recently been liaising with Josh at Internet Pharmacy, and he has been so helpful and accommodating. This is not my usual pharmacy, however, they support with smoking cessation, which is why I have been using them. There have bern times I have needed to check things with Josh, and he has always rung me back, and his team are so friendly. When I went today, I heard staff stating that a customer had been complaining. I think the problem must be with that individual, as they have bent over backwards for me...
