Was served today by a very rude lady, Savita. First time I’ve been here, never again! I couldn’t hear what she was saying through ‘2 shields’ so I politely asked if she could repeat herself & she shouted back at me asking me what’s in the parcel. Then she asked me a question, I didn’t understand what she meant by ‘any value’ as I hardly send parcels, she agin raised her voice asking how much it cost, I mean if you asked that in the first, place, I may have heard & understood you. You lack not only customer service skill working in a post office, but basic manners. I won’t be using you again! What an awful lady.

Twin counter Post Office within the Shell / Nisa. Offers a good range of Post Office services and has a priority post box outside. Envelopes and wrapping supplies available but have to he bought from Nisa rather than the Post Office. Can get busy but generally efficient with pleasant service.
