Edulab company, according to my experience, is an unreliable contractor. My order was delayed by more than a month, which the company's representatives explained as problems in the supply chain, problems with customs clearance, and changes in the company's ERP system. After this time, the shipment arrived, but I am still waiting to receive a proper payment confirmation. Multiple attempts to contact the representatives and ask them to provide an invoice have been unsuccessful. Each time I was approached by a different person, who stopped responding after being informed that the attached documents were incorrect - a call for payment of an already paid order and incomplete billing details. The above forces me to describe the quality of Edulab's services as extremely low.
