    Here is a copy of my complaint email to them. It speaks for itself. Dears, I recently informed you by email (sometime in January 2023) of the death of my father, Jonathan Bale, and sent back the signed form as requested. In April, I received a letter addressed to my late father explaining that his benefits would be increasing subject to a change in circumstances. I expect that death would be considered such a change. As a grieving daughter, I was upset and concerned at such callous disregard by your department and I would urge you to update your records quickly and efficiently in order to avoid such a situation re-arising.     My pension was going into my bank account on time. Now I'm worried as I didn't receive last month's I have sent an email but apparently it takes 10 day's to receive an answer if I get one. Overseas calls are expensive.

    You'll be in a queue if you phone them but it's worth holding on. The woman who took my call was extremely helpful, she understood right away what I needed and said she'd get a letter in the post to me immediately.
