Extremely poor communication and service. I will not buy from them again. Very quick to blame Covid 19 and do not know how their own systems work and that customers can sign in a see the status of their order which was constantly shown as processing even after the item purchased had allegedly been despatched. Another company turned round purchase in 3 days and communicated from order through to despatch.
