I have been coming to hiwot hair salon for 4 years now. Amazing experience throughout the 4 years. I’ve bleached my hair twice and never once has it been damaged. She takes care of all her clients and wants to help you keep your hair looking amazing. The best customer service, she takes amazing care of you while with her. Me abe all my friends and family go to her. Would not trust anyone else with my hair!!!!

I would not recommend this hair salon because of the treatment given to me as a customer. They ruined my hair and were rude and unwelcoming towards me. Such horrible customer service I was shocked. For anyone planning on coming here be prepared. Absolutely horrendous. Not only was I treated disgusting my hair wasn't even done correct it was brushed without any conditioner as if I was a doll. It is important to cater to your customers hair type. What kind of hair salon brushes your fragile curls without any conditioner straight after shampoo. All in all as a fellow black person be prepared to leave with damaged hair and attitude. Service: Hair coloring
