I would like to highly recommend International Hair Studio Readings services for addressing thinning hair. After a consultation with Simon we agreed a transplant of 2500 grafts for my receding hairline and a course of laser treatment for the thinning on my crown. I have had the transplant and am 2/3 of the way through my laser therapy. I am really pleased with the results and the progress made. The hair on my crown and the top of my head is noticeably thicker and I have a new hairline that will fill out in time. It is fantastic seeing new growth coming through which is thickening my hair up. I had been (and still am) taking Minoxidil and Finasteride for approximately 12-18 months prior without seeing any improvement which made me seek out International Hair Studio in Reading. I had the consultation with Simon beginning of November 2022 and started 6 months of weekly laser treatment the week after. In January 2023 I successfully had my transplant and it is now April 2023. Chelsea has been really helpful in booking in and arranging my weekly laser sessions. They have provided excellent service and really happy with my progress thanks to them.

For anyone that is worried about hair loss and unsure on what your first steps should be, I would highly recommend IHS. My initial consultation with Richard put my mind at rest. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, with no pressure put on to what I should do moving forward. Booking treatment times was easy and I could book appointments with ease to fit in with my schedule. The vibe at the Reading studio is very friendly and relaxed, everyone is so helpful, and they always make you feel like nothing is too much of a problem. I just wish I had contacted them sooner, rather than delaying and spend time worrying about hair loss.

I have just come to the end of my laser treatment at IHS and since starting I have noticed less hair shedding and no further receding. I live an hour away and have had problems getting to the clinic on occasion no fault of theirs however they have always had no problem with that and have managed to rearrange my appointment or extend my time in a session. Thank you Simon, Richard and the rest of the team for making my time at IHS as easy and comfortable as it can get. Would definitely recommend going if you have concerns about your hair.

I can’t really describe how happy I am this place exists! I’m a 24 year old, male builder from surrey and have been suffering with hair loss for 3 years now. It was getting to the point whereby I was going to have to bite the bullet shave off what I had left which was really starting to affect me mentally. because of this I felt I needed to do something about it. After being rejected to even having a consultation by a clinic in London, because I was under 25 years old, I thought I would try looking elsewhere. That’s when I found IHS. After a quick phone call, I came here a few days later and had an extremely informative and easy to understand consultation with Simon. He outlined what they could do to help me and I quickly opted to have and FUE hair transplant. I’m currently in my 4th week of recovery after my operation and it’s already looking so much better. Although the on the day it was uncomfortable at times, the staff at the surgery were incredibly professional and friendly making sure I was as comfortable as possible. Basically, if like me, you are losing your hair and are really struggling to deal with it. You have options and they are genuinely cheaper than you think they are. Honestly don’t try your luck abroad. Come here, have a chat with Simon and his team and I promise you won’t regret it!
