    Purchased 10 fire doors from them at a cost of over £1500. 4 of the heavier doors (39Kg) were damaged. The damage on all of the doors was consistent.They were packaged poorly, and only one courier for these heavy items. When the damage was reported they stated that doors should have been checked at point of delivery. Although the damage was only visible when the doors were unpacked so this is just not practical. They changed their story from 'you would have been made aware of this on your order and with the paperwork that arrived with the delivery' (which never happened) to 'you would have been made aware of this when placing your order. Lack of quick response, and no acceptance of liability. Very, very poor customer service.

    Company seemed very good when we ordered the door. A rapid response when they wanted our money. The door arrived damaged - not noticed at the time of delivery as it was on underside of hefty door. Been in touch with company on 7 occasions this week with phone calls and emails. No resolution to the problem - all contact has been at my instigation. Also Sales staff did not indicate that the lock did not come with key section so not usable. UPDATE (a week later): Since learned from them that they have employed further support staff. They have apologised for delay. They have accepted complaints about damage and we have reached agreement on sorting this out. We are still waiting for the resolution to the lock issue - awaiting delivery of replacement. Will update later when fully resolved

Felt like I spoke to half the team there while refining the order and going over options, but each time I phoned, staff were helpful, pleasant and knowledgable.
