They supplied the shoddiest, cheapest, nastiest blind I’ve ever seen. Simply sawn off and unfinished on the visible side - flimsy, pelmet doesn’t hang properly. They told me this is how they normally supply blinds. They won’t entertain a refund. It’s so very bad, it’s almost funny. What a shower. Reading Glassdoor, their employees appear to fare no better than customers.

Use them loads of times for Roman blinds, roller blinds and curtains. Quality is always good, only issue I had was with Hermes the courier leaving on a doorstep if a random house down the road, but they've since moved to DX for delivery who are much more reliable

Really, really bad service. Ordered blinds from Wooden Blinds Direct, which is a trading name of this company. The blinds look nice but they aren't amazing quality. The problems start if you have to contact them for any reason. One of our blinds came with only half the required length of cord, so you could only lower it half way. Plus one of the wooden stoppers was missing. I tried calling them during business hours multiple times and was on hold for a total of about half an hour but never managed to speak to anyone. It took endless emails, sending photos that they requested but didn't look at, them sending out the wrong parts, until about a month later they sent out a replacement blind without asking if that's what I wanted. And the new one had a missing stopper too. Really wasteful, telling me to throw the whole blind away because of a piece of string. Their QA and Customer service is rubbish. Avoid.

What a terrible company, read the other reviews! We ordered a blind and then realise within minutes of doing so that the lead time was 16-20 weeks as they are made in China. We cancelled the order in a matter of minutes but they refuse to give a refund, even though the order had not been sent to the manufacturer. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. There are a lot of other companies that are a lot better. No customer service just a rip off.

I paid £199.58 for 5 cushions so was expecting corresponding quality. I ordered the cushions with a view to getting matching blinds once I saw them in situ. One set was delayed so they held the entire order. Eventually they sent the ones that were ready separately but out of 3 cushions, only one was usable - the interior of the other 2 was lumpy and didn't fit the cushion covers. It's a shame as the material itself was beautiful. Eventually, 3 months late, I got the remaining cushions. I had requested that they were changed to feather because of the issue with the other cushions, but instead I got even worse lumpy fillings that don't fill the cushions - the corners of the cushions have nothing in them and they look awful. I have been told I'd get replacement interiors but haven't received anything. It seems impossible to return them and get a refund. Needless to say, I won't be ordering blinds much as I love the material. I've used Blinds Direct in the past and they were excellent at the time so this is very disappointing.
