Before we approached Interior Decisions, we had spoken to another firm and were not getting clear answers. We spoke to James and the communication and professionalism in approach was head and shoulders above many other firms we have been dealing with. I cannot praise him enough. We then had an issue with Supply chain on the floor we wanted. Not their fault but they communicated well. We then had to change flooring and James and Dave pulled out all the stops to fit us in around other jobs. This was not easy as their diary was blocked. James put together a schedule and unlike every other builder we have had … did not deviate. Dave then worked hard to get it right. He was conscientious, friendly and nothing was an issue. Genuinely impressed by them, the way they worked and their communication.

James' customer service was excellent and he was quick to respond to any queries I had along the way, and the fitters that carried out the work were so helpful and pleasant and tidied up along the way. I would absolutely recommend for anyone looking to have their carpets done 👍
