I rarely leave poor reviews, especially without resolving an issue with a company first but I have been left with no choice, considering I have emailed the company x16 times, the last x7 of which have been ignored. My customer experience with Interior Auctions has been nothing other than appalling. I knew I was taking a risk ordering furniture from this company after seeing some reviews but Noreen assured me that the products, albeit ex-display were in great condition. Needless to say both products arrived completely damaged, all damage of which existed prior to transit as most of it is internal. So not only have I been lied to, this company has taken nearly £1,000 from me, for products which do not warrant the money I paid for them. I have requested a partial refund to cover the cost of repairing the damage, an amount which we thought was fair in view of the damage to both items, to which Interior Auctions countered with a much lower partial refund. When I advised I was not happy with this and would like a full refund and the items be collected OR a partial refund of the original amount requested, I have received nothing but radio silence. This is a shoddy, backstreet company which I am likely going to have to take legal action against. I would advise anyone to avoid Interior Auctions at all costs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST I bought a table from them and when it arrived it was a used table NOT NEW AS STATED it was also damaged when I contacted the company they just keep saying leave it with them and they will get it sorted 4 weeks later and the company has made no effort to resolve this issue they are just SCAM ARTISTS iI have only given 1 star as system will not allow you to put up a review with no stars Noreen seems to forget i did not collect the table it was collected by a distribution company the damage on table was not caused in transit there was no damage to the packaging the table top is warped down one side the top was covered in scratches half the screws were missing this was NOT a new table as stated i am sorry i had not read their reviews before i made this purchase as they seem to attract so many disappointed customers

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL - AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order with this company and received an order confirmation and an email saying to contact if they can be of any help - all very friendly. Then I heard nothing - radio silence and nothing arrived. So I emailed - and my email got ignored. Tried Facebook messenger - got ignored. So, I emailed again. She responded saying it's out of stock and I'll probably get it next month. I said this was obviously unacceptable to take my money for something they don't have and have no idea when they'll actually give to me. I then got told I need to not be rude to someone trying to "help" me and that I should've ordered with a company who have better reviews. Take their own advice - order from someone who has better reviews!!

Would love to give 5 stars, but lose one for lack of communication. Item was delayed in shipment to the UK and it would have been so much nicer for them to contact us and advise rather than the customer having to chase. Same with delivery. He was later than the time slot given. Totally understandable but it would have been nice to get a text advising delay and new eta. The item was slightly damaged, but this looks more to be by the manufacturers and not a fault of Interior Auctions. I would purchase from again.

If I could give a minus I would!! Never have I ever received such appalling customer service. We placed an order on the 16th July for a wardrobe and chest of drawers. Received an e-mail thanking us for our business and any problems please get in touch. Numerous unanswered e-mails, phone calls and Facebook messages! Zero communication re expected delivery. Upon threatening with Trading Standards we finally received a response and the item!!!! was delivered on 24/7. Only the wardrobe arrived and the delivery driver said the chest of drawers would be delivered end of the week or beginning of the following week. Shock!!! still waiting. On contacting again via Facebook, as unanswered phone calls etc were then informed the chest of drawers would be in stock 10/8 - messaged via Facebook AGAIN to ask if item was now in stock! Read message and ignored. Have received zero communication unless chased since placing the order on 16/7. have refrained from leaving negative review but seems this is the only way to get a response. Disgraceful customer service.
