    Poor response, slow to pay out. Finally received cheque this morning dated 26 January for a claim submitted in November 2017 where the insured admitted liability from the off. They will hold onto your money unless you chase and chase. Just pray you are not in accident with one of their clients. Very unprofessional

    Was hit my an insured Polish driver and they took more than 7 weeks to even get back to me to arrange repair to my damaged car. Was referred to them as their UK representative by the Polish insurer PDZ. Slow to respond to emails. Dragging their feet. Avoid if possible.
