They know their stuff. Very experienced and skilful. They operate a system where they choose the wood for you - you can trust them to do this. They also cut and shaped the wood which was fiddly and precise but done expertly. I'm very pleased with the finished product. I've knocked off a star for comms. Sometimes the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and you get multiple emails saying the same thing. In particular, having phoned ahead to arrange a collection time, I phoned again on the day to give an update as a courtesy. Having done so I was told twice, to "phone ahead to arrange a collection time" which should have been obvious I already knew. Keep up! Overall, very happy with my lovely piece of timber and recommend this firm.

We had gorgeous oak windowsills and a bar set up, plus a few other bits for door frames, etc. that all look amazing. It’s been a pleasure dealing with interesting timbers. They have been easy to communicate with and have done everything they said they would. David helped me out with some oak boards for a dining table, I was given lots of different options in terms of character, thickness etc.. David did also offer finished table tops which were beautiful but out of my budget this time around. I would recommend anyone to use them.
