Our project was delayed and so our order was stored in a warehouse. When we unpacked the goods admittedly 4 months later we noticed the leather on one of the chairs was marked. They flatly refused our claim because they said it was delivered 4 months ago even though we just unboxed it. Premium product but awful service. Basically they said we we lying...

We received from Flexform a marble fly coffee table that had a repaired chip to the edge. Because it was repaired we didn't notice it until months later when it would have been hard to prove. I didn't persue them since it wasn't noticeable. Unfortunately the repair eventually came off and then I raised it with Flexform via the company we purchased through. I explained the situation and tried to show through photos that the repair had always been there from delivery but they politely took the position that I may be lying. I have attached the letter of complaint that I finally sent to Flexform head office via our representative that was completely ignored.
