I went there, it's says open till four,it was closed no body around. No signs to say that it was there Rung the No on screen, eventually some one answered it saying that you need an appointment here.put me on hold for at least five minutes to find someone but couldn't. Told me to call the helpline for information. So I asked him for the details for the helpline, and am still waiting over two weeks ago. Very disinterested in my wellbeing as a transgender couldn't get any information from them at all as an organisation, it's a shambles. Suzy

Fantastic knowledgeable helpful team here. Has really helped in our journey through mystifying times. We've been on a couple of trans family support days and they've been amazing. Only reason I've docked them a star is the disabled access is flaky (though not as bad as New Bridge St was).
