I am very pleased with the help received from Interclass this week. I am a resident of Old fallings Lane, directly opposite InterClass are carrying out a very large project which effects residents on Old Fallings Lane. They are building 2 storey extensions. My mother who is very old had become very anxious about it as she lives very close to the site. We raised our concerns and was very impressed at the speed of the response. We spoke to a site manager by the name of Stephen Pearson, who was very swift in reassuring my elderly mother. He came over the same day. He posted letters and ensured he made contact, also via phone calls. He emailed over plans and really put my mothers mind to rest. It was very clear to see this manager wanted to ensure he did his job well. I am a builder by trade and can say the saftey and daily runnings of the site seem of very high standard. Letters were sent out originally but my mother threw them away sorry, shes very old. Regards Charles
