I stayed here last weekend. The location is convenient to bus routes to the NEC & airport, the appartment is clean, modern & well equipped. The instructions to access the appartment were straightforward. All communications with guests appears to be via email, on a standardised schedule. However when I had a problem with WiFi and emailed for assistance I didn't receive a reply (at all) (still haven't 5 days later) which makes me wonder what the response might have been if I'd had a more significant problem. There were a few items which were faulty ie the lamp in the sitting room (possibly had faulty electrics) the toilet seat was loose on one side. I couldn't get the cooker to work and there didn't appear to be instructions for it, I found manuals for most other pieces of equipment in a kitchen drawer. The WiFi appeared to require a financial subscription to connect.
