This company were excellent from start to finish. Bethany in the office was kind and so helpful in arranging transport for our frail and elderly mother. The ambulance arrived on time, the two medics transported our mum with such care, kindness, professionalism and humour, making her feel so well looked after and safe. I used this company to get home from hospital in Guildford. They were wonderful. Everything was clean and efficient and they were professional and friendly. On reaching my house, they got me inside my home to bed and put everything where I wanted them to. An excellent service.

Carole and the whole team at Inter-County Ambulance were so friendly and kind to me and my mother who needed to be transferred from a nursing home several counties away. Mum is bed-bound so needed specialist care. The team treated her with respect, care and compassion throughout, with a medic keeping her company on the long journey. It was so reassuring for me to know that she was in safe hands. Would highly recommend this company.

I was completely thrown by the request from the insurers to organise a private ambulance - but so glad the hospital gave me the number for Intercounty. Carol was so kind and helpful, and very patient with an ever changing situation and a stressed customer. My elderly relative (the 'end customer') said that the paramedics were very nice too (I would certainly have heard about it had this not been the case!). As this included being taken up and down the household stairs, they clearly were very reassuring and respectful. Intercounty also deal with the hospital, so this greatly reduces the hassle at both admission and discharge. They made life much easier at an extremely difficult time. For the service received, and the responsibility involved, I also thought the charge was quite reasonable. While I hope not to need this service again, I would highly recommend them to anyone who does. Thank you.
