Intent Inventories have been absolutely incredible and here is why. I needed a last minute End of Tenancy Check out report, I called and Christian (owner) picked up the call and handled my query. He said he can get someone to the property the next day. He was super professional and I felt really reassured as I had already been let down by another company. Christian also organised an Inventory report too with the same person; Abena. I met Abena twice and she was unbelievable, she communicated with me throughout her day as to when she would arrive. I felt so comfortable with her that I left her in the flat with the keys and she kept them until she did the inventory check in. There were some issues with the professional clean she walked me through everything and was so professional it was a dream. The reports were sent almost immediately and email communication on some edits I needed on the reports was brilliant. The reports have incredible detail on them as well and they look at check in reports you have done with previous companies to cross compare. I cannot stress how good this service was I would recommend it to any private landlord, tenant and agent. Thank you for making my life a lot easier and for being so reliable and personable.
