I’d been trying to find a straightforward way to book some refresher lessons and driving test, but was having no joy doing it independently. I contacted Intensive them l was immediately at ease with the explanation of the process, from deposit payment to test date. My test date was confirmed within weeks. The date itself was months away, but I had plenty of time to schedule the most beneficial way of completing my lesson hours with instructor George. Communication was always clear and prompt. George was a good guy and great instructor who more than prepared me for the test, which I am glad to say I passed! Great service, great price! Highly recommended!

If you want an intensive course, book direct with an instructor. This company is just a middle man who pass you on to an independent teacher, who they then take absolutely no responsibility for after they’ve received your money. I paid £1,000 to be given a teacher who was struck off by DVSA following my failed course. Intensivecourses.co.uk (Noel) took no responsibility and wouldn’t offer a new teacher, paid or otherwise and actually refused to help me on the basis that I hadn’t contacted them since my fail… 3 months prior!!! Shocking. Don’t use!!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. The instructor I was given had a whole 180 after I paid him for a block of 20 hours in full before any lessons (which is their policy). All nice and friendly until he received his money. Then he became passive aggressive, which you don't want in a driving instructor. If this is the sort of people they hire, you don't want them trust me. Go elsewhere
