They wanted to charge the same call out fee two days later after ordering the part in for a job that would have taken 5 mins.     We used ISF many years ago to install our intruder alarm and have used them annually since then to maintain it. We have always been extremely satisfied with the service provided and the professionalism of the engineers who have undertaken the work. Last week we had CCTV cameras installed on our property. The process from ordering to installation was straight forward. Good information and advice were provided which enabled us to make informed decisions prior to placing the order. On installation day, I received a call at 8am from the Company to advise that the engineers would arrive in approximately 30 minutes which they duly did. Two very pleasant, well mannered engineers arrived and completed the work with the utmost professionalism and minimum fuss or intrusion.Having completed the work to a high standard, they hoovered up the debris caused by the drilling etc with a hoover which they had brought with them. ISF was our go to company for work of this kind and once again we were very satisfied with all aspects of the service provided.
