I don't respond well to businesses that send me unsolicited spam emails. I have previously unsubscribed from other emails received from this gdpr unethical business, yet they still continue to email me, another breach of gdpr regulations. It seems that they don't care whether their services are of interest to you, or even relevant to you, they'll continue sending emails to you regardless. Based on my limited experiences with this company, I'd rather give my business away for free than to trust these spamming cowboys with my life's work.

Based on personal experiences, I would recommend that you avoid this Company - or, seriously consider your other options before deciding. You only have to look down the significant number of negative reviews on this Site to gain an insight into the issues you are likely to experience with them. I recognise the issues raised. I was looking at purchasing a business listed by intelligent. The only correct piece of information in the advert was the annual turnover but the net profit etc. 'based' on 2 year old accounts and in my opinion way over inflated. The business had already been listed for around 12 months and had recently been reduced by 50% but it was clear that even that was way over priced. I asked the broker for a set of recent accounts and I was told that I could only have them if I made an offer, so I asked to speak directly to the owner. After waiting another few weeks to get the next set of accounts (directly from the owner, not through the broker) the owner eventually came to terms with the fact that it was now a loss making business (not surprisingly due to 2020 COVID restrictions) and therefore a cash purchase was not really an option. Not only was the service I had from them quite poor, I felt genuinely sorry for the owner as they did have a good business pre-COVID but the high initial price was simply not achievable an eventually it was too late to recover. They paid the fee up front so there was no incentive to find a buyer. The owner was very poorly served by this company and was effectively left with nothing.

hi have my businesses with this firm when they sent some one to see me to say they have people lined up on there books to buy my shop and look at my businesses that has not happened had to pay up front 600 hundred pounds that was a waste of money total 3600 once sold a lot of money for not a lot of work would had done better advertising my shop my self had it for sale with intelligent for 8 months 2 people have viewed in all that time cant wait for contract to end and have 4 months left people on phones are good and my account manager is fine but u have to do all viewing yourself to be honest I would keep your money advertise your self or go with a proper firm who do not make u pay upfront and tie u in to a contract cant wait to get away from this firm sorry intelligent businesses sales I have never to do this before but feel strong about this but needed to be done to warn others watch these firms
