I was flabbergasted to see the IPEC court being given a 5 star review rating. My experience is entirely different. No one answers the telephone, nor do they reply to emails. Despite saying in 2018 that they would be modernising their systems and wait times, nothing has changed. It's all Civil Service poppycock. A very very frustrating government department to deal with!
