I reached out to this business based on the great reviews they had. My one bedroom flat had a rat issue and whilst the owner was confident and reassuring of his services and prices, the issue persisted. This business only found one hole whist the 2nd business I engaged with found 6. This only shows that the survey from this company was poor and their proofing was not up to standard or the price for their service. Moreover their one month cover is quiet short as compared to the other company I engaged with (6 months) I will not be recommending nor using this company again. Service: Rodent extermination

They're always extremely professional, friendly, helpful and flexible about gaining access, which can be an issue across multiple flats. Best of all, they've got rid of the mice!
