Integro have been my accountants since I started my own business in 2019. The "subscription" model works very well for me and I particularly like the fact that I can reach my dedicated accountant whenever I need to, by phone or email - this flexibility is ideal for me, as I don't often need to discuss something directly but, when I do, the convenience of not having to make an appointment and have a query dealt with straight away is a big plus. I’ve been working with Natasha Fields for just under a year now after switching over from an unhelpful old-school accountancy, and am extremely glad I did. She is on the ball and a pleasure to deal with. Her proactive approach is rare and invaluable, ie suggesting to realign my financial year to reduce the number of returns I submit each year, her expense and IR35 advice, and also the small things like pre-filling out forms have all saved me a lot of time and literally made my life more enjoyable. The automated Free Agent accounting software is the cherry on top, it links to my bank account to import and categorise transactions, saving half a day of my time each quarter, and I now have a much better picture of my cash flow. No more spreadsheets!
