  It’s HARD to explain the level of gratitude myself and family have for INTEGRITY FUNERAL CARE…gosh!!! From the day things took a turn for the worst Paul and Sharon showed such love and care towards our family that made the devastating period more bearable. They were there on call 24/7 for all my questions and queries, and the advice they gave was indepth but respectful of all our wishes. In the black community at the point of death there can be many cultural nuances and family dynamics to manage - Integrity can handle them ALL. I said it at the funeral service and I’ll say it again - Paul and Sharon thank you to you and your team for such a beautiful, sincere and loving service to me and my family. You are literally God’s hands in those moments and I will forever remember and cherish you in my heart for that. If you need a funeral service with LOVE AND EXCELLENCY - Integrity is the place!   To the Integrity team, I would like to thank you, for the impeccable service you provided for my Aunt’s funeral, on 31st March 2023. Organising a funeral for a loved one is emotional and draining. We wanted the best send off, and to carry out the wishes of a remarkable lady and you delivered that 100% From our first conversation, and subsequent queries, I always received a prompt response. I would like to point out the personal touches :- her casket, horse driven carriage, the plumes on the hearse in the colours of her heritage, the balloons, the doves, the umbrellas (due to the rain) and even providing chairs for those at the graveside with mobility issues. And lastly capturing the livestream coverage of the day, for family overseas and those unable to attend. For that I would have no hesitation in recommending your service.

  Having to deal with the passing of your parents or a family member is always a difficult time. Trying to manage and cope with your emotions during a time when funeral arrangements have to be made is near impossible. However, Integrity Funeral Care Ltd were exceptional throughout. The team lead by Paul Mclean and his partner Sharon were so professional and diligent Their only concern was of support and care for the family. nothing was too much or a bother. Integrity Funeral Care were extremely considerate, compassionate, patient, personable and understanding of what we were going through and their handling of all matters concerning the welfare and care of my mum was extraordinary. They did not miss a beat from beginning to end. A first-rate organization in every detail. Great jobs guys !

  I cannot recommend Paul, Sharon and the rest of the Integrity Funeral Care team enough! Losing our mum was devastating, but they helped us through the experience from the moment we engaged them. The personal service, love and the care they afforded to mum (and to us) made the process so much more bearable. They helped us through every step, they were responsive to our numerous queries and questions, they respected our Ghanaian traditions and worked with us to say goodbye and ensure mum got the send off she deserved. It's been a couple of months since we laid mum to rest and people are still asking where we found Integrity, even the Minister who officiated the funeral service commented on how impressed he was with the professionalism of the team. Planning a funeral was challenging, especially when we were dealing with our grief. The guys at Integrity Funeral Care really looked after us...thank you SO much !!

  We would like to thank Paul, Sharon and the whole team at Integrity Funeral Care Ltd for their support and kindness. Integrity Funeral Care was recommended to my brother and I, by my mother’s church and other contacts. Using a funeral director service who are from a Caribbean background meant that any cultural traditions would have been understood by the team. We were treated as individuals rather than doing a ‘one size fits all’ approach, which was initially taken for granted during the course of planning the funeral. They also paid attention to thinking about our emotional needs and making sure that we looked after ourselves as best as we could. Our ‘service’ involved two funeral services (1 in the UK and 1 overseas) and repatriating our late mother to the Caribbean and purchasing a burial plot, a feat that we were anxious about but needed to honour our late mother’s request. At first, we intended to use a service in this country and then find a service to take over in the Caribbean. When Paul informed us that his team could manage the process end-to-end, it was a decision that made total sense. There was no question too big or small for Paul/Sharon to answer. They were consistent in telephone calls, emails and the costings/adjustments remained in reach and transparent throughout. Whilst overseas, Paul remained in contact with us and worked hard with the Caribbean funeral director to ensure the entire process through to the interment was smooth. We would suggest to any family if you’re repatriating a family member, travel with their cosmetics and a photo of the work - no one does makeup like the team! We cannot thank Paul, Sharon and the team for their hand holding. The support did not go unnoticed and we will recommend Integrity Funeral Care. We couldn't have honoured mum's wishes without you!

  Exceptional from start to finish - exceeded expectations. Words are not enough to express how much of a difference Paul, Sharon and team made at what was an incredibly difficult time. The attention to detail, the calm, professional yet friendly manner was impeccable - completely faultless.
