I attended the Wednesday 6pm class. Really great class, accessible for all levels and instructor explained everything really clearly. Great atmosphere and felt very zen. Also had tea before the session and met some lovely people. Best yoga class I’ve been to in London for sure

I can say this is the best yoga studio in London. Lovely staff with very great service, if anything better than 24/7 I'm sure they will do. Alina's classes are so superb! She paid attention to all students and really keen to fix my postures and push beyond what I think I can. The meditation before and after class really bring peaceful mind to be and make me appreciate more to my strength and thankful more to my body that supports my practice. All I would say here is that Integrity and Alina are where you can explore and learn what best yoga is : )

My favourite place in London, I have no words to describe how amazing I feel every single time I go to a yoga class here. Whether I'm in need of a reboot, or just want to feel some connection and kindness towards others or myself, or even if I just need some physical activity and a good sweat, I just book a class and let Alina and company help me feel better. I love and recommend this studio to literally anyone.

Integrity Centre has a great community feeling. Enjoyed my sessions with all the teachers here, some very new graduates from same centre, they have been super Helpful. I get instant responses to my queries. I particularly like how teachers are equally focused on students in zoom class as well studio at the same time. I've felt very welcome here and enjoy doing my classes at this centre.
