I had the pleasure to work with integrity Care and so far it's the best working environment I had. For my personal opinion the company truly respects their name , integrity and care. For future support worker applicants I would like to say that there you will have your best time ever !!! Management it’s great , lovely and always there helping you for any personal or working problems making you feeling as a part of a beautiful family giving you the human value that anyone should have !!! Service user are treated in a such caring way that I never saw in other jobs and I think they couldn’t be in better hands than integrity Care. I had to leave the job for third not related working problem, but if wasn’t for that , I would had stay for very long time. Honestly, leaving integrity made me feel like if I left a family, and this is the best Quality a job could give you.
