I was very impressed by the excellent end-to-end service from IPM in installing deterrent spikes to remove pigeon nuisance. Daniel contacted me quickly and made every effort to understand the issue fully as well as the layout of the building and access to the roof (as it was 4 floors up and required specialist equipment and techniques). Daniel was professional, clear and courteous in all his contacts and worked with his colleagues to complete the job as required. Highly recommended.

I'd give 6 stars if I could! I cannot recommend Gareth & the company high enough. Prompt service, excellent friendly advice & a very reasonable quote. I contacted several other companies but IPM was the only one who didn't charge for a survey. Gareth has got rid of squirrels in my roof safely, humanely & has squirrel-proofed the area. I feel very lucky to have chosen IPM & am very happy with the result.

I enquired about the removal of a wasp nest which I was unsure if active or not. They responded quickly and were very helpful. I was very impressesd with their honesty as they informed me the nest will be redundant. Other companies I contacted for quotes did not inform me of this and were going to carry out the nest removal regardless. Well done IPM, if I have an active pest issue I will be coming back to you!

Very helpful, attentive staff came to wipe the bedbugs from our flat today. He is esy to talk to or to ask questions, and offers pros and cons of different treatments options. I have yet to see the results, but I am sure I will be bites free. Highly recommended!!
