Fabio is a highly experienced trainer with a wealth of knowledge that he deploys expertly to help you achieve your goals. He is a far cry from the vast number of inexperienced hypertrophy focused PTs that have recently flooded the market. He is a particular expert on callisthenics and making the most of body weight exercises only. He is also a strong motivator, as well as patient and understanding when life gets in the way of your regime. Definitely recommend!!

    I was a highly reluctant exerciser and completely unmotivated to get fit. However, I needed to loose some weight and none of the diets I tried over the year worked. So after my first taster session with Fabio I was keen to keep trying. He is extremely patient, encouraging, takes a very holistic approach to the sessions so that you feel comfortable, relaxed and at the same time you know you have exercised. He has the ability to style switch to suit all levels from the totally unfit, like me, to those at much higher level of fitness. He knows when to push so that you feel energised but not too much so that you don’t want to turn up for the next session. I have had 9 sessions with Fabio and loved every single minute of the sessions where I always feel I have accomplished a new level of fitness & energy. The whole experience has encouraged me to get out for walks and use the outdoor gym on other days outside of the weekly sessions. I have lost weight, dropped a dress size and feel better than I have for a very long time. I am signing up for another 10 sessions and where once, I would have reacted in horror to a 45 minute workout, I am now really looking forward to the next phase of the sessions.

We have trained in the gym, the park (even in the depths of winter - my choice) and on line. He is an intelligent and emphatic trainer, who encourages and drives achievement but in a positive way and a pleasure to work with so that I always look forward to my training sessions, even after all these years and even though my circumstances mean we are now on line.     Fabio is just an amazing personal trainer! Not only very understanding of the needs eg very specific holes that I had but also makes exercises (which I am not the biggest fan of) great fun! Over the past 3 Mo that he was super reliable, engaging and brought a great variety of exercises so I was (and doubt will ever be) bored. Muscle toning aside he is great at helping with stabilising the core and introducing stretches that help me cope with a desk-based job and are great at injury prevention. Needless to say that thanks to his motivating spirit that rubbed off on me I lost 14.5kg and greatly increased my flexibility. Not only do I look but also feel so much better. Best investment ever!
