Without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had with a solicitor. Extremely unprofessional. Rude. Every statement they make is contradictory. Time-wasters. Why on earth would banks recommend this ‘provider’? Embarrassing and absolutely atrocious. If could give them minus 5 stars instead of one star, I would do that.

Slow process, attention to detail seemed to be missing. If it wasn’t for our amazing broker I doubt we would have completed our remortgage on time as it seemed we were constantly chasing. Communication not the best and repeated miscommunication made the process far more complicated than it needed to be….

The four stars are for Kerri from the Technical Team who processed my HtB loan redemption in three weeks. Super helpful and super informed and very quick responses. Remortgaging is a stressful process and you want to know what is happening at each step of the way. So, I can see why other reviews are negative as the regular remortgage service is a fully automated process and you can feel a bit lost at times. You don’t get a specific case handler and the information you do receive when you call is entirely dependent on who answers your call. Having said that, I was never waited more than five minutes to speak to someone and most of the time the person at the end of the line was helpful.

I'd echo pretty much what every bad review states. Poor service, repeated request for information already sent, can't talk to anyone, the case worker changes on each correspondence, confusing automated emails listing documents already sent, spiralling costs for extras - I have given up as I don't want to deal with these people. I'm sticking with my existing mortgage, it's too stressful and costly to move to a better deal. Are the mortgage lenders blind to these reviews? This industry needs a major shake up with companies like this practising.

Shame I can't put zero. As a mortgage broker I can say dealing with this company was one of the worst experiences I and my client had, they confirmed multiple times, by phone and email that they have everything that they need to complete the case and told the client to ignore emails regarding outstanding matters. The case didn't complete in time and the client will have to pay additional interest. I will assist my client with a claim to recover that.

Masses of lost respect for HSBC using Integrar. Mind blowing levels of pure idiocy. I think I had to send over the same documents 5x and they are still asking for things I’ve already given. It’s staggering and I’m genuinely appalled that HSBC continue to use them. It’s a business and reputation all risk for HSBC.
