A job well done by Intech. The company were contracted to complete subsidence works at my property. We had several initial challenges with communication and getting access to the rental property, so problems there on both sides. Matt was appointed to help manage my work and once he was on the job, I can only say the level of service, effort, team leadership, teamwork, co-ordination and respect was outstanding. Thanks for a job well done, and I am incredibly happy with the quality of what I saw (I'm not trained to know about structural works - but it looks great to me).

I’m currently in the process of having my reinstatement works complete at my flat from my water damage claim, intech were allocated for this, they contacted me within an hour of me even finding out they were the contractors allocated, a surveyor called Adam attended 3 days later and was so helpful and reassuring, we are close to completion stage now, the plasterer and painters have been amazing with assisting me on choices where I was stuck, Lauren from the office has called to check in ever few days to see if i have been happy with everything, this has been a much better experience than my last claim where another contractor was appointed with lack of communication, 10 out of 10 for in tech and there team!

The surveyor that came out to my property - ‘Adam’ was very thorough & knowledgeable, he explained everything in detail & answered any questions that we had. Intech Property Services kept in regular contact with us, keeping us updated throughout & were always very quick at responding to any further questions that we had via email or phoning us directly. The repairs were completed to a very high standard within a prompt timeframe in my opinion. I can highly recommend this company, the service & tradesmen that came out to our property to undertake the works.
